The Foundation documents are company-wide and rarely change. Playbooks are owned by department leads and evolve as our processes improve. The source of truth for everything is the Word documents in Dropbox — this portal is the published, browsable version.
Spotted something that's wrong or out of date? Flag it to the playbook owner and they'll update it.
Whether it's a suggestion, a bug, or something that doesn't feel right — we want to hear it.

We have parking available on site and there are lunch and dinner options available locally. We also have a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and air fryer that you are welcome to use — please be sure to clean up after yourself!
Standard PPE requirements apply in our warehouse — please be sure to wear steelies and bring any other PPE that is necessary for the job you are doing.
We pay a full day rate for prep, and as such do not pay PDs, travel or accommodation for prep days.
We use TeamTrack to keep on top of all our crew bookings and will send you the form to fill in the first time you work for us. If you're able to keep your availability up to date in the app, we really appreciate it, but totally understand that not everyone uses it for this purpose.
We always endeavour not to cancel crew once full confirmation has been received, but due to the nature of the industry, this is occasionally unavoidable. This is rare, and we will always do our best to use you on another job over the same period if this does occur — the last thing we want is anyone to be without work.
Your PO for each job can be found in the TeamTrack app. Please include this on your invoice and send it through to accounts@wearezeal.co — we generally work on 30 day payment terms.

We reserve the right to remove PDs and travel if these are covered by the client, but will let you know this in advance of the job.
Please remember that you are representing Zeal while you are onsite. We are really proud to uphold our 'No Dickheads' policy, and ask that our freelancers honour that too (although if we are working with you, we are already pretty sure you aren't a dickhead!). This industry is tough enough — be kind!
Please speak to Sian or Sarah in the office about getting your hands on some Zeal swag to wear onsite. We will need to know your t-shirt / hoodie size so that we can deck you out!
