how playbook updates work
Playbook owners update their Word documents in Dropbox. Changes are reviewed by Steve, then published to the portal. If you spot something that's wrong or out of date, flag it to the playbook owner — they'll update it and it'll flow through the normal process.
You don't need to touch the portal, write any code, or worry about formatting. Just keep the documents current.
